Telemedicine is suitable for common conditions such as fever, cough, cold, sore throat, skin rashes, allergies, headaches, digestive issues, urinary tract infections, and follow-up consultations. For emergencies or conditions requiring physical examination, our doctor will advise you to book a house call or visit the hospital.
As per the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) ruling effective September 2025, medical certificates cannot be issued via telemedicine consultations. If you require an MC, we recommend booking an in-person house call or visiting a clinic.
Yes. Our doctors can provide treatment recommendations based on the video consultation. If medication is needed, our team can assist with next steps. The doctor will explain all options during your session.
A 15-minute video consultation costs RM 20. Additional charges for treatment plan support range from RM 10–30 depending on your location. There are no hidden fees.
Anyone in Malaysia aged 18 and above can use our telemedicine service. You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and stable internet connection. For minors, a parent or guardian must be present during the consultation.
