No equipment is required. Your trainer builds sessions around your space and what you already have. For HIIT and strength, bodyweight and resistance bands are standard. If you own dumbbells or a mat, great — but it's not necessary.

Post-natal training starts only once your OB-GYN or midwife has cleared you for exercise — typically 6 weeks after vaginal delivery or longer after C-section. Your trainer will ask about your clearance before beginning and will progress at a pace that is safe for your recovery stage.
