MyPetSquad is not a veterinary clinic and does not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Veterinary care is delivered by an MVC-registered clinic that employs the vet and sets fees; your medical relationship is with the clinic. MyPetSquad does not dispense or supply medications. For life-threatening emergencies, go directly to a 24-hour animal hospital.

The vet who arrives at your home is an MVC-registered vet dispatched from an MVC-registered clinic. MyPetSquad handles the booking; the attending clinic is independent and is responsible for the visit, the clinical work, and your medical relationship.
MyPetSquad handles the booking. The attending clinic (not MyPetSquad) employs the vet, decides clinical scope, issues prescriptions, and holds your clinical records. This keeps the medical relationship where it belongs: between you and your vet.
We will share an estimate on WhatsApp before the visit. The attending clinic confirms the final charges, since the visit itself is their responsibility.
WhatsApp us at 013-436 3491 with your pet’s details (species, breed, age, weight) and what you need. We respond within minutes during business hours and confirm a visit window before anyone visits.
We serve the Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, Kajang, Puchong, Cheras, Serdang, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya. If you’re nearby, ask us. We try to accommodate.
