Your questions,our detailed answers
Can't find what you're looking for? Our medical coordinators are available 24/7 to address any specific concerns about our house call services.
What areas do you cover?
We currently provide house-call doctor, nursing, and caregiver services across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and most parts of Selangor. If you are outside this area, drop us a message — we'll advise if we can reach you or connect you with the nearest option.
What types of home visit doctor services do you provide?
MyDocSquad offers comprehensive mobile doctor services including urgent care house calls, emergency doctor visits, routine home health screenings, geriatric home care, IV therapy at home, wound care services, and preventive healthcare. Our house call physicians are available for both emergency and scheduled appointments, bringing quality medical care directly to your doorstep.
How fast can a doctor arrive?
In most cases, our doctors and medical team can reach you within 1–2 hours, depending on location and traffic. For advance bookings, you may also schedule a specific time slot that works best for you.
Are you licensed?
Yes. MyDocSquad doctors are fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Do you bring medications and IV drips?
Yes. Our medical team comes with a runner who carries essential medicines, IV fluids, and medical equipment. This allows us to provide treatments like injections, IV drips, wound care, and more — right in your home.
Do you take insurance or panel claims?
As of now we don't take panel claims yet but we're working on it for approval. We do provide official receipts for reimbursement claims.
What conditions can you treat at home?
Our doctors can treat most non-emergency conditions, such as fever, infections, asthma attacks, vomiting/diarrhea, dehydration, wound care, chronic illness follow-ups, and elderly care needs. For life-threatening emergencies (heart attack, stroke, severe trauma), please call 999 or go directly to the nearest hospital.
Do you provide nursing and caregiver services?
Yes. Our trained nurses can perform procedures such as wound dressing, injections, IV administration, catheter/NG tube care, and post-surgical follow-ups. Caregivers can assist with daily living support, elderly supervision, companionship, and hospital sitting.
What are your operating hours?
We operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. House calls are typically available 8am – 12pm, but urgent after-hours requests can be arranged depending on doctor availability.
How much does a housecall cost?
Our doctor housecall consultation starts from RM250 (inclusive of assessment and basic treatment). Weekend pricing is RM300 before 5pm, RM400 after 5pm. Additional charges may apply for medications, procedures, or extended travel distance. For IV drips, nursing, or caregiver services, please check our Services page for transparent pricing.
How do I book a visit?
You can WhatsApp us directly, call our hotline, or fill in the booking form on our website. Once confirmed, we'll send a doctor and medical team to your location with the necessary equipment.
